Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at TrendyFit Sri Lanka. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a defective product to request an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
• Personal care products (e.g., fitness accessories) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
